I consider myself a professional person who has a lot of desire to get involved, have new experiences and is not afraid to get my sleeves dirty. I am an all-around sports lover and practice various sports disciplines mostly team sports so I have always lived in sports environments of which I am familiar with all the nuances. One desire I have is to be able to work outside of Italy in order to get to know different cultures and languages, new people who can enrich my knowledge and improve me both professionally and personally. I am a very positive person and all too willing to help my teammates and colleagues with whom I have always had good relationships both inter- and extra-work.

I am working for Benetton rugby first team wich playing in the European United rugby champioship and the European champions cup European champions cup as a Strength and Conditioning Coach for the RTP group where I am responsible for:

  • Prepare individualized gym programs for injured athletes;
  • Create off-feet cardio programs to maintain high levels of performance during the period when the athlete is included in the RTP group and accompany them to return to running in the best state of fitness;
  • coordinate with the medical staff and technical staff the recovery of the injured athlete by coordinating rehabilitation work with gym and technical work

  • coordinating the work and development of interns involved in the academic year;
  • compiling daily reports to collect all useful data for tracking athletes' loads and progress;
  • communicating and sharing data and physical condition data with respective national selection staffs;
